We have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Coordinator based at Strathtay Avenue, Netherlee, East Renfrewshire G44 3YA.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: -

• £13.00* or £13.25 per hour; £8,450* or £8,612.50 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave)
• 25 hours in one week per fortnight (5 days per week, 8.00am – 1.00pm, every other week)
• o Please note, this is a job share, working 25 hours one week, and another staff member working the following week, alternating between you. This role is equivalent to 12.5 hours per week.
• 33* or 28 days annual leave per year (pro rata)
• Paid Disclosure Scotland check
• Access to paid training & continued personal development

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:

You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Netherlee, East Renfrewshire, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:

You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
