We have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Team Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team on a temporary full-time contract until 31st March 2026. This role offers the benefits of hybrid working and is based at our office in Wishaw. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week. 

You will provide support to members of the Customer Experience Team and help the organisation deliver a service which provides the best outcomes for both customers and the business. 

 

You must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deliver a variety of administrative duties and demands, as well as being highly organised and able to work in a structured way. 

 

You should be a great listener who can develop strong relationships with our customers by ensuring we do what we say we will.

Trust operates a blended/hybrid working approach and you will have the opportunity to work flexibly from both a remote location (‘home’) and your contractual workplace ('office') should you choose to do so. The base for this role is our office in Wishaw and you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week from the office as the business requires.
